Lucky it was on my night off, but Matt Beatty took my vehicle in and squeezed it in between the 120 service orders a day line. 2024 Trax with radio issues, didn’t turn off after turning vehicle off, steering wheel controls on right half of wheel, was No Response, No Up, Down None, No response. It was fixed within 24 hours ready for pick up next day, but had to call to confirm if ready or not. And currently upon occasion radio does not respond to station changing efforts nor volume control. Pondering a return to dealership………

Made an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed for an engine issue at 9AM, dropped my vehicle off at 7AM, was recommended by service rep to have a 60k mile service, so I agreed as per their recommendation. Then Uber home as their was no shuttles available, then didn’t receive notification till 1PM, stating that the car wash not even worked on yet and will be starting the recommended maintenance now, but didn’t have a tech even look at the main reason for me coming in. Then said I’d need to have my vehicle to stay longer to have it looked into, and I asked if there was a complimentary vehicle available while they keep my vehicle and said not at this time; so then I wouldn’t have a mode of transportation to take me to and from work and hold my equipment. Later after saying that they can try to have my vehicle looked at next week (this week)but can’t promise it will actually be looked at. Personally the reason I went to Servco was from your highly reputable business, to doing what it takes to help the customer and accommodations to ensure everything works for both the business and the customer. I was just disappointed after using you folks for many years for my Toyotas and now this. I do understand how to run a business and times their are short staffed and not able to get things done in time; but this was truly unacceptable, as now I have to try to find a way to take another day off from work to work around the the service departments time. Mahalo for letting me explain my frustration and hope and pray things can be made to help make the us the customer satisfied and have things going smoothly again like before.

My truck was fixed ahead of estimated time . However the fuel control module stalled me in the middle of the road thank God before I got on the freeway with my granddaughter . I heard that this is a common problem with the module on a few Chevy models . This is a Safety issue please recall this module problem before someone gets hurt .
