Our service writer Annelysa was great. She keep us updated from the time the car was drop off to when it was completed. She did her best to make sure my requests for repairs was taken care of.

I brought my vehicle in due to having a problem with starting my vehicle and also battery surge and decline before the half way mark. Diagnostic was completed and found that nothing was wrong. Service advisor called me and said that everything came out good and they can’t find any problem. Picked up the vehicle from the dealership and read that the voltage on battery is low. Called my service advisor and he told me to take my battery to where I purchased from and get it tested (I shared with advisor that it was a new battery). My concern is why couldn’t servco test my battery since the vehicle was being serviced for a problem and involved the battery and why the advisor didn’t say anything about the battery voltage being low when he called me. So I took my vehicle to Sam’s club to check the battery and find out that nothing is wrong with battery. Something is wrong with my vehicle but because nothing came up when the diagnostic was done servco is not able to do anything. I don’t want to get stuck in the road with my vehicle.
