Our appt. Was at 7:30, we waited there for service and safety to be done. Why does it take 4 1/2hours to be completed? The last time prior, we has the same service and safety done we were out in 2 hours.

My check-in service rep was amazing and the communication was fantastic however, when I picked up my vehicle, there are items I look for to have peace of mind that my vehicle was looked at like the little sticker on the window, and the krex paperwork they normally leave in my vehicle but yesterday none of those items were done. This brings me to question your services "if" it actually was done or not. I drive my vehicle with my children to and from school and would like to feel like I received the best customer service but this isn't the case at all!!!!

The service is sucks now, it takes long time to wait even we have an appointment , the service it takes like almost 8hours just to change oil and rotate the tire

When I called to schedule appointment I provided a detailed description of the issues and was given an appointment date two weeks from the date of my call. When I arrived the in process was smooth we reviewed the issues and discussed possible courses of action and timelines. I was informed my vehicle would be put in the queue for a technician that day, this is a no-go, if I had to wait two weeks from the time I called for a appointment that is more than enough time to schedule a tech to see my vehicle on the day I bring it in. Waited two days for vehicle to be checked for initial complaints. Hawaii dealership/service departments need to do a better job of maintaining service parts on island, twice now I have had to wait for over a week or more for parts to be backordered and delivered. Due to extended duration of servicing time and waiting on parts, plus holiday schedule this was a month long process. Service Manager I worked with was as helpful as possible, however getting a loaner from dealership was issue I had to be very adamant about needing one as I exhausted my warranty rental car coverage and vehicle was still not repaired. When I initially requested I was told the wait list was long and they wouldn't have one prior to my repair being done, which turned out to be a week later from my request. To his credit the service manager did get me in a loaner within 48hrs from request. Primary issues here seem to be a shortage of qualified technicians and a need for a in State(Hawaii) parts stockpile. Service manager services were very good he did his best given a difficult situation in a timeframe of holiday schedule and parts on backorder.
