Kinda irritated. I was contacted to do a recall, told to schedule my appointment to get the recall done. So I did, had an appointment at 8:45am. Took our car in mechanic said he will try to have it done by lunch. However I called at 2:30 pm to check status they said still working on it. Then at 4:50pm was told to pick up my 2022 Tahoe as maintenance was completed. When I asked so the recall is done they replied and said, “No, the part is not in to do recall. So why was I told to schedule a “recall” appointment when the part wasn’t even in. and why did it take the entire day to do maintenance. And this is actually the second time. That’s why when we dropped our car off i asked “so you have the part in? because last time i came it wasn’t done cause part wasn’t here. So i wanted to make sure part was in to not waste anymore time and be car less. And they replied and said yes part is in. And then to tell me that it wasn’t done because they don’t have the part really irritated me. If someone can contact me to figure this out.
